As I stated previously, I do think a fansite meetup would be nice; a chance to sit down for 30-60 minutes and just talk with other fansite staff and Matt. Some personal, random, fun chat mixed in with a little business chat about how fansite support is going, etc.

I do think some sort of planned, announced (written down that RuneFesters can see) fansite meetup would be great. Instead of (or in addition to?) individual fansite sessions lasting an hour at a time and going throughout the entire day where some unlucky fansites get stuck with their session during "the big thing", get all the fansite staff into one room (a side-stage session?) at the same time.

I picture it as fansites being spread around the room. Each fansite can have their own sign/picture/logo on the wall behind them and whatever else they want to showcase. People can come into the room and speak to any of the fansite staff that they want to during that time while fansites can show off whatever they want to. This benefits everyone:
- Jagex doesn't need to keep checking up on the fansite booth multiple times throughout the day to ensure everything is working for the changeovers of fansites
- Fansites all miss the same main stage presentation, so nobody is left out.
- RuneFesters can see all their favourite fansites all in one go
- Small fansites aren't cut out of anything
- Approved/Recognized fansites could still be given more (table and/or computer for displaying whatever)

I think it would also be great if Fansite Staff could be let in a little early (30 minutes?) and allowed to store any giveaway items, put up some pictures/signs/logos throughout (in designated places only, if needed), and just to get a tiny bit of an early preview that we can share on social media first. Depending on availability of Matt, perhaps have our fansite staff meetup just before RuneFest officially opens and then do this?

Ohh man Lilroo503 with that idea you're making me jealous of not being able to go this year :'(... If this happens I could see how amazing it can go I really like this idea if Jagex can make it possible

Again, if you wish to recreate the item I made for promoting my new Fansite name as well as the item I plan to use again to promote some upcoming things for my Fansite then hey... Again it is one of the unique things that helped to promote my fansite as well as something that only a few people have which I plan to do again. So more players as well as JMods can have them as well.

But there is loads of many other items that you can have made in game and bring them to real life. As far as engraving a code in the back of them, I am sure it is possible for Jagex to do something like that. But if it was me I would more so put my own funds into buying those bond's as well as see if Jagex can make a redeemable code for players to enter so they can obtain them.

Again I know I don't own the Bond design but please do remember it is something unique to my fansite as well as a Yearly thing I plan to do. (I might not be able to do it this year as I am working on a bigger project. Which Mod Balance knows fully in detail about.)

How many bonds are you looking at doing in this way?

It is unlikely we could add code to the game to allow redemption like that as it would be a substantial chunk of work but it might be we can look at other solutions.
