During whole May there were only 3 J-Mod posts in this forum (ironically all of them were posted in
Extra pair of hands!
thread) while there were total of 20 Active Threads. Most of them were requiring attention of RS Community Team and asking some important questions or providing feedback. No response.
I would like to point out that this is what happens right after our thread
Is it worth staying here?
, where representatives of 10 fansites of all Tiers expressed their concerns about what is not working here and that there is some stuff we would love to see improved.
My question is,
are you terminating support of this Forum?
If so, what are the reasons?
Please give us an answer.
To all fansite staff, please

that
you care

I also noticed this. Even the small requests like an updated map which is so easy to give an answer to were not looked at. For our site, OSRS J-Mods are very supportive of fan sites, but I definitely support RS3 fan sites getting more attention in this forum. Hope it works out.

We've had some users requesting Dungeon-maps in the past, and those were apparently a lot harder to come by than you would imagine. I have a hard time understanding if it's the same case with the World Map though.
I have a feeling that even just a 'Thanks, I'll look into it' (given that's what's required, of course) would do a whole lot compared to no post at all. I know for a fact that the CM team is
super
busy, but at the same time then the few golden posts here unfortunately does send the wrong signal. Jagex
does
care for their fansites though; very much so in fact.

Stand up for what is right, even if you stand alone
May has been a flat out month for us with a huge player visit, the stamping sessions and lots of planning for the summer - apologies we have not been about as much as we might like to have been but fansites is high on my priorities for June so I'll be here much more.
On the topic of player visits and fansites, how come fansites don't seem to be given the opportunity to visit Jagex anymore? I know Reddit have been invited down a couple of times recently but I haven't seen that anyone else has (I might just have missed it though
).
Player visits have different focuses, depending on what kind of feedback or content we are planning to discuss in the meet the maker sessions we run during the visits - I'll ask the player visit team what they have planned next but I don't think we are looking at a fansite focused one next.
I was also wondering about fansite staff visits to Jagex HQ. I can remember that a couple of years ago the owner of one of the websites I am currently managing was visiting Jagex.
There is so much, that could be discussed with fansite staff for sure, obviously everyone here is going to advocate for it
