A few notes/updates:

Good-aligned characters
-
Azzanadra’s
worldview became more realistic after he was freed from
Zaros’s
control and filled with shadow anima, thus losing faith in religion while ascending to godhood himself. These events turned
Azzanadra
from
lawful good
to
lawful neutral
.
-
Armadyl
matured after the first God Wars, realizing that the gods were principally responsible for the devastation which had befallen Gielenor. Thus
Armadyl’s
alignment shifted from
lawful good
to
neutral good
.
-I had originally placed
Kerapac
and
Zamorak
in the
chaotic neutral
category but have moved them both up to
chaotic good
, as each was motivated by the liberation of his respective tribe and not strictly out of self-interest.
-While
Sliske’s
placement may be controversial, I would argue that he ultimately wanted to help others develop a rational worldview, which he perceived as being for the benefit of all. Thus Sliske was, at heart, a
chaotic good
character (as opposed to chaotic neutral).

Neutral-aligned characters
-
Icthlarin
was originally
lawful good
, as shown when he took Sliske’s toys away during the Second Age. It seems the former was understandably disillusioned by the events that followed. I would classify
Icthlarin
as
lawful neutral
, as he follows his own strongly held personal values, even when it places him at odds with the other gods.
-I moved
Kharshai’s
alignment up to
lawful neutral
, leaving Zaros as the only true neutral character on this list.
-
Zaros’s
original alignment was
true neutral
, during his early life on Freneskae and subsequent wanderings. His alignment arguably shifted to
lawful neutral
after he started to engage with mortals and began developing his own personal ideology, especially by the time we met him in Fate of the Gods. After Jas disowned him,
Zaros’s
alignment returned to
neutral
.

While my lore is quite spotty (I've done about half the quests in the game, mostly older ones), I would place Tumeken under neutral good. What I know about him is limited to his self-sacrifice to save his people from genocide by the invading Zarosians after the Mahjarrat switched sides. Notably, Tumeken has no surviving doctrine of which I am aware. His beliefs are preserved through the legacy of his actions. This suggest to me a moderate orientation regarding law and order. Had Tumeken been ideologically inclined, present-day Menaphites would almost certainly have made it apparent.

V seems like a chaotic good character to me. He was willing to "taste the forbidden fruit," so to speak, as he was perhaps the second person on Gielenor to become a stonetoucher (the first being Guthix, of course). As he wanted to use runestones to better humankind and was willing to smash tradition in order to do so, he seems to have had a prosocial orientation combined with a degree of irreverence for the old ways.

Bandos seemed clearly lawful evil. Enslaving vulnerable creatures physically and psychologically, while concocting and promoting a doctrine to legitimize the bloodshed he intentionally sought and actively created, leaves little room for interpretation.
