I got the same question - what do Saradomin (and the gods in general tbh) and his high-ranking followers feel about homosexuality and transgender individuals?
I doubt any of them particularly care. Armadyl is gay and Zaros and Seren are technically trans, depending on how you view the gender (or lack thereof) of the Elder Gods.
You never were our brightest star, Khazard. 'Vermin slaughtered like lambs'? What does that even mean?
What is the Phoenix's name? We know her brother was Si'morgh, but her own name has never been revealed.

Fairly sure the only god who had anything against the LGBT community was Bandos, who states in the Book of War that the only reason for a union between two people is to create more warriors.

Zaros is obviously male and Seren is obviously female. Stop trying to overthink it.
Armadyl being gay gives him more character. I think this is a sensitive topic for a lot of people here and there will be some who chose to get offensive and nasty with it, since we as a society are so fixated on gender or orientation when it does affect us individually.

It was stated in the Letter from King Raddallin that the title for the leader of the White Knights is Grand Master, as Sir Amik's predecessor Sir Perior is called. Is it safe to assume that Sir Amik's proper title is Grand Master, despite the fact that he doesn't seem to use it?

Zaros and Seren are essentially mini-elder gods, who have no gender and reproduce asexually. Seren is stated in-game to have changed her physical appearance after meeting the elves to look more like them. Zaros apparently didn't bother beyond the whole robes thing, we've seen him naked and he is not "obviously male"
.
That's my interpretation of things at any rate, you are free to disagree. At any rate this is off-topic.
