I thought that once.
And now, with dailies and D&Ds its even easier to get skill reqs then when I got my quest cape.

OK, since there aren't any good ideas for the April competition I've used the space for a shameless plug about my Tuska thread.. because I can

It seems Jagex is getting rather strict with their requirements these days
At least the Halloween event should have some lore, and it will be canonical; hopefully the other Holiday Events follow suit.
Like I said in the OP, there will be no featured ideas for June, but I'm going to add a lot more ideas to this thread within the month as I will finally have the time to do so!
