I do not want my thread to die.

Jhallan. We know almost nothing about him. What was he? Was he an expert shapeshifter? We really know nothing else. He died too soon... Lucien should have been sacrificed instead. At least we knew things about him before his death... Jagex needs to tell us more about Jhallan

maybe he was genuinely boring :P

there were 500 other mahjarrat you know even less about, and more than half of them were probably a lot more interesting than jhallan

True. And many other tribes we know nothing about. Like mahkorrat. We only know that Azzy killed them

I'm not really sure you can categorize some of them like this.

On Freneskae, they had to fight for survival. (more figuratively than literally).
So naturally, they were all powerful warriors and mages. Some simply skewed one way or the other. A rare few were hybrids.
When they came to Gilienor, now free of having to devote 100% of their abilities to combat and mere survival, they were able to indulge aspects that came more naturally to them.

Afterall, how many people have latent talents for the arts, music, or math.
In the cases of some, like Zemouregal, expanding their magical talents to necromancy could have started off as a hobby into learning he was just that good with it.

Others could follow more scholarly or civil pursuits:
- Nabor took to psychology
- Mizzarch was involved with Civil engineering

Literally me on this thread. I think this classification system is highly incorrect.

Sep, I know you need to sweep through half the forum since you only bother visiting once every month or two, but this thread was already defunct at the start of this year.
Patrolling Lore FC almost makes you wish for a Great Revision.

We could really think of these more like career choices or hobbies. Except with certain talents. Like the shadow realm thing. And with their species' natural powers it is to be expected for some to be better at some than the others.
