The way I see it is that Lucien knew about the Dragonkin but not the intricacies. This combined with his arrogance meant that he foolishly underestimated them and overestimated himself.

Looking back at the bloody journal, the Shadow Realm isn't something you specialize in...you either have it or you don't. Khazard inherited from his mother. I guess it's just something that some Mahjarrat are lucky enough to be genetically born with. Runescape doesn't need a hero...it needs a villain. An all encompassing force of evil that will remain ever-threatening and use chaos to make the peoples of Gielinor tolerate each other, grow strong together, and fight side by side against this evil. I am that villain.

Dunno. He was so short lived that it is the only demonstration of his power we have seen. We need more info about past. Maybe enchanted key quest in Freneskae? NO

Yep. It is clearly a special thing. And doesn't necessarily always get inherited. Or it really is random like Sliske and Wahi. NO

Who is to say Sliske didn't inherit it? We don't know if Wahi has it, but based on Palkeera's statement...

Perhaps they will find me. If he was to inherit my ability to enter the Shadow Realm. Maybe. A boy should know his father.

Having a parent with the ability doesn't guaruntee having the ability yourself. Khazard was just lucky. Wahi might not have been as lucky as his brother. I was debating in my mind whether or not I should count it as sliske randomly inheriting it or wahi not getting it. Then I was supposed to put both. And forgot to NO

A QUESTION! Were they specialized on freneskae too? Think about it. Most of these skills seem like something they learned after arriving on gielinor but did some of these specialities exist before? Shadow realm control seems to be one such thing but I wonder... NO
