Does he really need one?

Yeah he's a nice enough guy but if we keep handing out factions to this god and that god then it'll just get even more tedious for the devs to write up an ending to the sixth age with the player fully siding with Icthlarin.

Yeah Icthlarin is a great guy.

As a Young Godless (Seren, Zaros and the Elders are another matter) I dislike Saradomin and the like intensely. Their betrayal to all humankind at the end of Sliske's announcement is proof they are a danger to Gielinor. I was very surprised that non of these gods, in particular Saradomin, at his greatest strength, did nothing to stop the potential slaughter of both Death and Icthlarin, rendering the souls of his followers utterly helpless.

As a Godless, I am compelled to question the nature of Icthlarin's godhood. We know he is the son of Tumeken and Elidinis, but we know so little about these that it cannot be decided. Assuming his parents were both Young Gods, what does that make Icthlarin? Either way, he is essential for death on Gielinor to progress as it should, and therefore cannot be on the Godless' list. Those are solely the Young Gods who have demonstrated their willingness to damage Gielinor. Elders can wait until Zaros dishes out something more useful. I'm just a man; I'm not a hero.

Yes, he needs a faction. No, Jagex doesn't have to change the story because I like Icthlarin. (Note that even though players were able to side with Bandos, Bandos died. Icthlarin could die, anything could happen to him, and his having a faction wouldn't mean that something has to happen or couldn't happen.)

What I'm tired of is that since I can't join the faction I want to join and there's no way to leave a faction, I have to be in one of the other factions. I keep switching between Armadyl and Zamorak because I like some of their ideas but don't fully agree with them. I am tired of NPC's saying things like "I see you are a(n) Armadylean/Zamorakian." All I want is for the game to recognize that I am siding with Icthlarin and the Desert Pantheon. What's the most convincing ship in the game?

That is fair enough, hopefully Jagex can accommodate those needs so, not just for Icthlarin but for Guthix and the other options also :) Love the Lore and the RS Gods!

I know that you have wanted that faction for so long, and I know that others are interested in it as well. I hope that it gets added soon so that you can play how you wish to play and be represented how you want too!

I am glad that you, a Godless, are able to see the value of the role Icthalrin serves in Gielinor! After all, he was never expelled by the edicts of Guthix and was never any trouble to the world (That we know of) I only hope that other members of the Goddless will be as enlightened. Love the Lore and the RS Gods!
