Is the cutscene stored away somewhere, and would it be possible for someone to tweet it out?

I don't believe so, we considered adding it to Endgame replayability, but didn't in the end. If we were going to show it I think it should be in game, rather than a tweet.

Thank you for your post, very interesting to see how things could have changed and it is awesome to know that you (Jagex) were not going to kill Saradomin. Now we just need some similar answers about WE2 XD

If Bandos had won, Armadyl would indeed be dead. We'd have never had the Mighty Fall and would likely have had an alternative.

Fun fact, when I was originally designing Rite of Passage, it contained different variations in the design depending on whether Armadyl was alive or not. But would have functioned comfortably without him.

I doubt much would change. Even though the Godless (Vorago) won, he wasn't really given a lot in Sliske's Endgame or anything leading up to it. It did give Vorago a higher place on the board and the Godless some new dialogue, but can't think of anything else.

Alternate thought:
We could have a quest where we delve into the mind of a Saradominist who took part in the Battle of Lumbridge. (allows for virtually any character). Or could have a Zamorakian who is having a nightmare.
The cutscene would ofc cut to the one you described.

The nightmare being
- a Saradominist watching his god "fail"
- a Zamorakian (or just someone who hates Sara) watching as Saradomin just narrowly escapes death ...

So you're telling me...if Zamorak won we would have:

-Gotten a Saradominist quest.
-Zamorak's quest...would focus on Zamorak.
-Nomad would have been an interesting character.
-Saradomin would have gotten more character development.
-We all would have gotten lifetime membership.

See guys? This is why we can't have nice things. Runescape doesn't need a hero...it needs a villain. An all encompassing force of evil that will remain ever-threatening and use chaos to make the peoples of Gielinor tolerate each other, grow strong together, and fight side by side against this evil. I am that villain.
