I have also deleted The Enchanted Valley, as apparently that's on Zanaris.
I've heard people claim this in the lore fc but can someone
PLEASE
give me a source on this. It makes very little sense.
I doubt it is on Zanaris. It's probably a misconception because the only way you can get there is with the fairy ring. Personally, I think it's part of a different world which Saradomin had visited and blessed, since the centaurs originated there and there are rabbits. The trees are quite interesting there too, as they look like Arctic pines which are only found on Neitiznot. A stag is there as well, and a wood dryad along with tree spirits (a tree spirit is the boss of the Lost City quest which is found on Entrana, which seems to suggest that the Valley was enchanted by Saradomin). The fact that it's a forest and there are tons of trees beyond the Valley also suggests that it might be found on the Bik path of the universe, when the Elder Gods split up after making the lower planes with Infernus and Vampyrium.

What sort of positions would the worlds be in? We know that the lower planes have:
1: Freneskae
2: A bunch of other worlds that haven't been fully built
3: Infernus
4: Vampyrium
5: Iaia
Then the Elders split up and made worlds on their own, making four paths from the lower planes where they started off. Among the planets made along these four paths are some of the worlds that the young gods came from, including Saradomin and Armadyl. After that, they reunited and made the higher planes, finishing with Gielinor.

Enchanted Valley may be on Zanaris. It has the same type of trees and is the same color.
A lot of things listed in OP are planes and not relly planets.
Mod Raven made an offical chart of all of the planets somewhere, but I do not know where to find it.
Come the Sixth-Age, the world will need the World Guardian.

Planes, planets...Really I'm not picky in the difference. So long as they are not physically connected, I'm counting them as separate. The whole planes vs. planets thing seems to be a bit vague atm.
In other news, I have included Plane 51: THE KAL'GERION PLANE!

IMO Enchanted Valley should be listed as its own world until someone comes with any actual proof that it's on Zanaris. It doesn't make a lot of sense.
I'd say Death of Chivalry contradicts this "theory", as it confirms the centaur race came from the valley.
And while the quest never "technically" refers to it as its own world (only ever as "The Enchanted Valley" ), it's silly to think it isn't. Especially when the dialogue heavily implies it's its own world:
Fern:
Because if we do not defeat the other gods, their conflict will spill out into the Enchanted Valley, to
other worlds, other planes
.
^ Seems to imply it's a world does it not?

I have noticed your kind does tend to blindly stumble forward towards danger simply because it exists. What is your word for that?
Centaurs coming from the moon seems a tad out there, even by RuneScape standards. Besides, doesn't the Fairy Ring interface itself refer to the Enchanted Valley as "Other Realms?" Why would a device created by Fairies refer to something on the other side of their own moon/planet as "Other Realms?"
Sure you could argue the Fisher Realm is also called "Other Realms" but you have to remember it's a parallel plane to Gielinor, and was created before Jagex started putting things on their own maps. Back in 2002, putting it in an empty space above Seers Village was their only real option.
