Quick find code: 341-342-536-65905676
Check out the Golden Path Discord channel (a quick search for "golden path discord" on /r/runescape should get ya there) -- the third name got found out practically instantly by bruteforcing female Arabic names beginning with E:
(funnily enough, this exact name was tried yesterday but didn't work -- looks like the names only work beginning from the week of the challenge they're for).
It's looking pretty sure that Commander__A is real, too, seeing as the account was made very close to the time that /u/Hero_Batal (the clue for the second week) was made. So time to guess five letter female Arabic names beginning with A on Monday, heh.

The picture she posted was a much higher quality version of this:
The picture I got was from the video of concept arts Runescape uploaded yesterday.
Throughout most of the video, it says "The Golden City of Menaphos" at the top:
However, when it shows the 4 faction leaders at 0:16, it briefly changes to "The Golden Path of Menaphos":
I believe Commander A's picture of concept art was a hint at looking at this video, and her "look high" was a hint of looking at the top of the images.
