Guthix
WAS the most powerful one
, but he is dead, so Zaros/Seren are the next two thing
The Faction that influences
Gielinor, well that is hard to tell as the 6th age follows irl years, Saradomin has a lot of churches but followers would probably die down, follow by Zamorak with the number of followers and hidden altars, then I guess we can say Godless from the number of people recruiting and aiding them. Then I guess Seren who had more followers in Priff. Bandos then would be last, as Zaros and Armadyl don't have much on Gielinor.
In player number,
Zaros is first, follow by Armadyl, Zamorak, Godless, Seren, Saradomin, Sliske, Bandos, than V

Vorago of course. The rest a solo-able with a bronze pickaxe.
He isn't a god though. But he would be considered the most powerful one if he can kill a god by relying on the Anima mundi, and can't really be permanently killed.
Not known:Tumeken (in whatever state he's in), Elidiniss
tumeken and elidinis are both t5, at least back when they were relevant, and you can bet they're stronger than cabbage god

Tumeken exploded, Elidinis is a no show. After losing to Saradomin in the Battle of Lumbridge, Zamorak tumbled to the same technical tier as Brassica Prime; I remember this because Mod Raven mentioned that he pictured Zammy in his office trying to find the bright side, looking out his office window to see who was on his level and muttering, "A drunken monkey and a cabbage..."

Even in dishonor among thieves he stated he lost a power, and then after the quest he regained it. Tumeken is a no show, as will as Elidinis, so "them being stronger" I doubt.

I found this weird. Why aren't Sliske and Vorago a god?
Guthix and Zamorak both ascended to god because they killed a god and used both an Elder Artefact to do so. (Skargaroth's sword and Staff of Armadyl)
Well Vorago only killed a god (Tuska) but Sliske did the same as Guthix and Zamorak.
He even has the Stone of Jas, so even gathering more power.
Sliske doesn't want to ascend, so he didn't accept all that much power from Guthix and uses the stone primarily for knowledge rather than increasing his personal power/
Vorago is an Avatar of the Anima Mundi. This puts him into an odd situation that may render him unable to ascend.

Hmm, why doesn't he want to ascend?
Let's see, he started a god killing contest for one (ascending would make him a target in his own game).
For two, more recent quests appear to indicate that Sliske is interested in actually having an afterlife after he dies. And while he may be able to come up with some way of not facing oblivion while mortal, it would be much harder for him to do so as a god (gods don't get an afterlife even when they ascend from races that do, and Mahjarrat are denied an afterlife even before they ascend).
