Not if it didn't let the choices be altered.
Support.
I still want to go back and make Azzanadra canonically disappointed by messing up Zaros.
Edit: @ Cap'* Cap'* Limey: We need all of the lore forumers to spam all the other forums and runescape media sites, harass j-mods, and make a requisition directed at MMG to prompt a vote, then spam the vote with bots so we win!!!
...Oh wait, some people have already did that.

Yes I'd probably do some of the older ones where the story lines are relevant to what I'm now interested in rather than just spam clicking on through for the reward. I've recently done some quests and they were quite fun, way better than I remember, but the problem I have now is not really knowing where the stories are at in a lot of them.
Yes. I actually want to beat the Monkey Madness demon without a deathtouch dart. Plus, I never asked Saradomin about his crown in DoC.
It would also be handy for getting the titles from the vampyre quest.

I wonder if Jagex is under the impression that people are asking to replay quests for continued rewards, such as the aim of replaying Broken Home...
When in truth I think most of us just want to do it for the fun of re-doing the quest; it doesn't need any further reward, as the reward is playing through it again. I wouldn't think it'd be all that hard to wipe quest progress for a single quest in order to re-do it again, particularly if they don't need to worry about balancing rewards so people won't constantly replay them for huge XP gains.
Considering they made it possible to re-do quests when they introduced the skill resets (defence reset), it seems like it's not that much of an issue. If that's possible, I can't fathom why it'd be any more difficult to reset quest progress without offering the standard rewards at the end.
