I would love something about the dark wizards tower. But i think expecting anything is a big ask these days

The death of forums and rise of social media has been one of the greatest tragedies in the history of the internet. Aside from personal preferences, social media has a large chunk of responsibility for our society turning into the cesspool that it is these days.

University specimens like CD Paladin are still here. Would you really prefer a return to that ?

But more on-topic:

It's hard to have a lore forum without new lore. I think the same holds true for the larger game; updates are scant and rare these days. The direction dev are taking the game isn't exactly what one would call clear, either.

RuneScape is in its death throes. After all, good riddance.

The lack of Lore related content in over a year I think the actual cause of the 'lore pause' is that its being invested in the archaeology skill which isn't necessarily a bad thing in itself. They've found a way to integrate lore into gameplay in one of the most efficient ways. We now know because all the lore we would have got is in the skill. It may play an important role in future quests too.

Archaeology was a huge chunk of content related to lore that should have been added along time ago, and not it has it seems to make the lore alot more alive.

In a way RS lore has become a skill too (Archaeology).

I'd like to see lore become more integrated with the game instead of just quest based. Archaeology was a great first step in this regard.
