Yeah, that's what they said on stream as well. Also apparently with the game over, Zaros can't call on any of the Pacts again. Feonix ironman clan (1k total, IM and HCIM only)

So since Zaros never invoked Arma or Zammy's oaths since they didn't make it to the end do they still owe him one? Do they owe Seren one since Zaros gave her control of the oaths?

When we're talking Strong Seren, do we mean with or without Eluned? Basically Eluned gives Seren her crown and pulsating light on her head, so I assume that to be extra power (perhaps she was imbibed by energy in a similar manner to the Dark shard?). Or is Haluned the main bulk of Seren's psyche? Prepare for hell on RuneScape in Naval Cataclysm!

The only scenario in which Seren overrides Zaros is if you gave her the Dark shard thingy, and gave Zaros the light Simulacrum.

Strong Zaros > Strong Seren
Strong Zaros > Weak Seren
Weak Zaros > Weak Seren
Weak Zaros < Strong Seren

My game must've glitched then because Zaros gave control of the oaths to Seren and both Zaros and Seren were at full strength for me.

With Eluned and the Dark Shard.

Was still pretty funny seeing Seren out-keikaku ZAROS of all gods even if it was a glitch.

I think the point of this was to show you how the pact works. The twist (should you not race against Zammy) was to show you that Zaros has many pacts. I have seen the dark universe yawning, where the black planets roll without aim;
Where they roll in their horror unheeded, without knowledge or lustre or name.
