Fellow Saradominists, who do we support during this current battle?

I'm leaning towards Brassica Prime, as the good monks of Entrana appear to love cabbage, and Marimbo's hedonistic practices are likely a no-go for Saradomin.

I wouldn't support either of them. I don't know if I am even going to do the easter event
Yeah, it isn't much of an event.

Still waiting for the WE that's just a gentlemanly debate between Saradomin and Armadyl.
I will protect Gielinor. Zaros has no love for its people.

Actually, that was a misconception from the dialogue most of us had.

But it would be a hell of a contest.

Gentlemanly debate between Saradomin and Armadyl?

Haha. No.

It would be a fight to the death given Saradomin trying to off Zamorak in the first place, and Armadyl wanting to kill anyone of significance who dare go against his plans for world peace.

Hmm.. Maybe not Armadyl. We've had his WE lore.

How about.

Zamorak is the same god-tier as the god of cabbage. And well Armadyl has wings.. Winner= Sara.

All true points.. I'll have to re-think.

NEO BESTIA SAID:

@ Mod Stu: You've given us some awesome Saradomin quotes as of late (which have helped dispel misconceptions about Saradomin) but as it stands, Saradomin continues to be heavily attacked as a vicious, ( and now) wing-ripping, double-faced God, so my questions are:

1.Is Saradomin misunderstood or misinterpreted?

2.It's been hinted about that Saradomin's done a lot of good for humanity as a race, and for others such as Icyene and the Imcando dwarves, will this groups acknowledge Saradomin's contribution to their societies more clearly in the future?

3.As the God of Order and Wisdom (and Light and Justice, if we follow Padomenes line of thought) do you think Saradomin develops and nurtures this traits on the worlds/people that call him their God? Do you think Saradomin would be willing to debate his philosophy/aspects of his goverment with his followers? How would Saradomin, feel, say, about Democracy?

4. Why are we left only with Garlandia's side of the story, couldn't we at least get some more info on that? ;)

5. Did Saradomin intend to kill the player when he blasted him with magic at the end of DoC, provided you didn't give him the wand?

For Any/All Mods:

6.When will we get some information on Saradomin's background?

7.Padomenes mentions that Saradomin's power is not the result of greed and envy, like the rest of the "pretender" gods; Saradomin was born to be a God. Does this hold any truth regards Saradomin's Ascension?

8.Since the Sir Owen quest seems to be losing, does this mean we will not get any more Saradomin content/revelations this year?

If you can't give a definite answer to any of this questions, a simple Yes, No, Maybe will suffice.

MOD STU ANSWERS:

1. Both.

2. Perhaps.

3. Yes.

4. We could, but honestly, if we explained all the aspects of that scenario to the community's satisfaction, there will always be another in demand for a balanced explanation.

There will always be some event that is contentious and divisive, by design. Often they're intended to be ambiguous and drive speculation.

One reaches a point where they have to choose a side, make their own judgement call, and choose to trust in a god or not, in spite of their flaws and past actions.

5. Saradomin didn't intend to kill you, no. Your unwillingness to aid him forced him to act in order to save Owen from permanent death.

6. I personally have some ideas in mind for the Death of Chivalry sequel, but we'll have to see how that fits into other plans when the time comes.

7. That's up to each of us to decide. Personally, I feel that Padomenes is dangerously fanatical.

8. Probably not. ;.; Though some would argue that Saradomin has had dis-proportionate attention of late*

Posting this again from Kitty's thread.

Unfortunately, Mew couldn't have his questions answered :(

There were also some other questions about Saradomin here and there which aren't quoted here, but not very insightful. I might just transcribe them later.
