-Science is always a worth cause. By the looks of it he didn't make many, they just found out how to breed. Fend for themselves? the Mahjarrat loved Freneskae, well most of them. I'm sure the Nihil, in their mindless state were content with their home. Or would you prefer a lush green field with flowers or a city for them?
Science must always adhere to a code of bioethics. To forget that life is precious leads to... well, any history book will tell you. Although, honestly, there are enough dark chapters of human history that are so well-known that a history book becomes simply redundant.
And I think it's revealing that Zaros named them Nihil.

I'd say they meant nothing to me too if I had to use outside help to achieve their creation, takes away all sense of accomplishment.
He did care for and take one with him though, we all know she was a resounding success.

Yeah, well.
I guess the only thing that we really will ever agree on is our opinion of the Godless
Both did wrong, Both do admit that was a mistake, both were remorseful in their own way, but in my and many others opinion. One is vastly more unjustified. [/i]
Where's the quote where Zaros shows remorse for those things?
"I have made mistakes…"
He's not a fountain of emotion, and it'd be wrong to expect that from him since he can hardly change that, or why would he change that? Strong emotional responses often end horribly.
But indicating he's sorry, in his own way, at least shows people he acknowledges when he has done wrong and knows to use that experience(s) to not let it happen again.

Oh I'll break out the tea and biscuits we'll have a field day on that.

If that's the one quote you're using, I'm not satisified. Yeah, I get that Zaros is a logic driven being and doesn't take to outpouring of sorrow.
But he never said he regretted anything he did. I took that one line to mean he made mistakes in managing his empire (which caused Zamorak to rebel, and thus set him back thousands of years). Not- "Oh yeah, the nihil thing? That was wrong. Shouldn't of done that." In fact, I'd say he valued his time tinkering with life and learning more about it- despite the cost, and with no moral concern for the beings he created. Else he'd do something about the warped creatures that are still there.
Same thing goes with Loarnab, who wasn't even mentioned in Fate of the Gods as far as I can remember. Zaros showed no regret for those actions as well.
I'm not saying this because I don't like Zaros or anything- I just don't see him as a character who regrets things, and seeks for players to understand that he regrets things. He's more of the 'yeah, I can make mistakes' kind of person who will just go on.
Saradomin takes to back-pedaling to say sorry for things, but Zaros just accepts the differences and plows forward.
