Actually, coming to think of it, Trindine got her own model, and she is dead and does not appear anywhere else as of writing this post. I still don't understand why Jhallan was missed out.

Trindine is a purple Enakhra with a different forehead gem. All female Mahjarrat look the same apart from a color shift.

Enakhra believes because Mah loved Zaros more and made the Mahjarrat in an effort to make another him, she put more "effort" into the male appearance and went "Default" with the females. They do look quite featureless in comparison.

Alternative option, perhaps Trindine is not as dead as we've been led to believe and will turn up in the future (or they might just intend to use her in future flash backs).
