Hello, Forum.

There was one major thing that stood out to me, from a lore perspective about Children of Mah, which is the appearances of Khazard and Hazeel. At the beginning the quest, they both appear in their rejuvenated form, rather than their skeletal form, Khazard because he removes it to become more intimidating (hence his skeletal appearance in Dishonour Among Thieves ), and Hazeel because I sided against his cult, and thus he missed the 18th Ritual (he also appears skeletal in Dishonour )

Furthermore, all the Mahjarrat were updated were updated for the quest.... except poor Jhallan, who only received his rejuvenated face, and sticks out a mile. You could say the same for Zemouregal too, since he doesn't follow the same motif as the other mahjarrat, and that he, along with some of the other mahjarrat, do not revert to their skeletal form as their energy is being drained, as Bilrach and Akthanakos do.

With that said, these are really just minor problems to an otherwise outstanding quest!

Khazard could of switched back and fourth. No oversight there.

Jhallan is dead anyway. No big deal.

A few Mahjarrat didn't revert to their skeletal forms because they had the power to stave it off, I'd like to believe they like looking young and not like a fleshless monster.

Akthanakos was unaware he had, and Bilrach did it by choice to conserve as much energy as possible.

Fair enough, that clears up most of my concerns. Thank you, fellow Zarosian. Janos Morgan of Asgarnia

Khazard only uses his skeletal form to look intimidating to humans and gnomes, there's not much point in doing so when amongst his own kind.

Hazeel being rejuvenated is just a lorefail, and I'm not sure how Jagex missed it.
You never were our brightest star, Khazard. 'Vermin slaughtered like lambs'? What does that even mean?

There are two simple explanations.

1) Portals between DaT and CoM. The real lorefail is nobody addressing them to begin with.

2) Being the God of Hazeeling, I simply undid the choice made by those who turned against me and put myself in my rejuvinated form for them.
Runescape doesn't need a hero...it needs a villain. An all encompassing force of evil that will remain ever-threatening and use chaos to make the peoples of Gielinor tolerate each other, grow strong together, and fight side by side against this evil. I am that villain.

I thought Hazeel got rejuvenated for everyone, regardless of the choice made in Hazeel Cult. Wasn't it in DAT quest? I swear something was done to un-Hazeel him for everyone.

He was un-Hazeeled (Un-himselved?) by the cult resurrecting him without you, but he still missed the ritual.
NO
I do not ship ZamorakxZaros.
I follow them. And Marimbo, the best t5 god.

How were you revived?

Hazeel:
Zamorak awoke me upon his return. It was, of course, his highest priority. I am like a brother to him.
Hazeel:
Unfortunately I missed the most recent ritual of rejuvenation. It will be some time before I regain my full power.
Player:
That's why you still have your skeletal appearance?
Hazeel:
It is. Although I must agree with Khazard, it has a certain... blood-curdling quality.

Regardless, after Com he should have changed back to his normal sexy face, so there's that.

As for Khazard, i dunno, maybe like it's said - Jagex being lazy, or something.

Actually, coming to think of it, Trindine got her own model, and she is dead and does not appear anywhere else as of writing this post. I still don't understand why Jhallan was missed out.
