I see my character as an autist who couldn't establish an actual connection with someone to save her life.
It's what, like, all of the quests suggest.
When someone asks you if you killed their brother, the proper response is not to sincerely and honestly try explaining that you kill so many people every day that they all just bleed together, and to ask for any defining characteristics that would make his brother stand out in the ocean of lives you've slain.
But to Iron Vampire, that's the natural response. I heavily doubt she feels anything when a "friend" of hers dies except disappointment at her own failure.
