Life Runes are not canon. Therefor any relation doesn't exist.

(However I would say that the concept exists within all runes, Blood, Soul, Mind, and Body especially)

I see a group of runes as being 'life' runes. Blood, soul, mind, and body. TFW You can't decide between support Zamorak or Zaros.
