Anyway if it was robes he's not exactly gonna be wearing them when he has no body.
Well he's been wearing them every time we've seen him so far. and if a crown and a sword can be artifacts, I don't see whats ridiculous about a robe being one.

Erm no he hasn't the only time we seen him wearing the robes is in Origins of Gielinor when he had a body. I know he had a good in TAS but it was transparent because it was meant to hide the shape of his head and make it blend in with the background which was that swirly thing.
well, those are the only times we've seen him, and we can't really tell what the hood looks like from the chathead, as the color of the portal could be distorting the image, plus I hope they update that anyway, so we don't have a god with a symbol attached to his forehead.
Well, TokHaar aren't meant to wear them anyway, and how do you know if its flammable? it does look a bit tatty though, but looks can be deceiving.
right now, I don't think there's enough evidence to concretely say what that robe is, but It is the only physical item we've seen Zaros hold, and I would imagine Zaros would want to keep his elder artifact with him at all times, like Saradomin, so they can constantly get more power from it and speed up their ascension to higher tiers.
"We call it being a hero"
I like to think it's his magic and I like the fact his symbol is not necessarily from something that doesn't actually represent him.
Also the TokHaar are meant to use them. Mod Osborne was talking about how the TokHaar used them to have elder gods power to help them create the world. Ofc there is a lore fail regarding the TokHaar, the artefacts and the elder gods but nobody seems to have noticed...
Btw I hope when you see my theory on what his elder artefact is it will change your mind.
what if the symbol was on the back of the robes
, what would you do then???? I don't see why a god can't just make a symbol, without some artifact or something containing it already.
I find that interesting, I always pictured the elder gods themselves using them, as TokHaar are mainly just another tool...
I would love to hear your theory.
"We call it being a hero"
I would rage if the symbol was on the robes if the robes were an artefact only though
However we have seen the back of the robe.
I just couldn't stand another god with another elder symbol at this point.
Yeah that's how I pictured it too but then they went into detail and it just made it seem ridiculous but it is what they said I guess.
The problem is being bothered to and finding the time to write up my theory. I'm bad enough with how far behind this thread is in terms of info but it is part of the update for this thread so that would help.

Where did you hear that about the TokHaar anyway? Hard to imagine a TokHaar crafting a forest or the skies, or really anything other than mountains.
Wish I could help you with the thread somehow.
I agree it makes no sense to me either and it directly contradicts what TokHaar Hok said. He said there were other races but wouldn't they also count as artefacts if they existed? If they were then surely 12 is too a small number?
In that dialogue there is another weird thing about something having made deserts yet the only desert we know of was not always desert so wt* was he talking about?
Anyway you potentially could help with the thread. What I most dread is rewriting the stone of Jas article it's a large post though I may make it two posts and there's just so much info I can't be bothered to do it.
