Hey, I've been thinking - it's probably been mentioned but I'll say it anyway... What about the Saradomin Sword? I mean Zilyana seemed very confident that it would kill Guthix when she thought that Guthix was Cres.

I mean, it would make sense that Saradomin found the sword and took it as his own and gave it to his most trusted and loyal Commander. If he was to ever need it back I know that she would give it to him.

I know the examine hints it was created by the Icyene but it doesn't state it specifically - just that it was an incredible blade that was obtained from an Icyene (Zilyana) so could this be another Elder Weapon?

Could be. Still, there are thousands of replicas sold to people like you and me every day :P ...

I reckon Zilyana is not aware of what the requirements for killing a god are as I bet Saradomin doesn't want her to know. She probably thought a normal sword would do. *he is that arrogant tbh.

I wonder if the Saradominists WOULD have another secret Elder Artefact with them. (Other than Saradomin's Crown/Elder Crown). I doubt it.

1-0 for the Zarosians.

Surely the score is much higher than that atm we've been doing so well :P

What about the ritual stone? Since that freneskae god is likely an elder god and that stone can raise the power level of a mahjarrat, creatures from freneskae it can be the artefact of the freneskae creator god.

We know so little about the ritual stone; we know it was on Gielinor after and not before they arrived; also, I don't think they could properly do rituals in the North when they were in the hands of Ichtlarin all the way from south of the desert in the First Age, so that suggests they were much more vulnerable and had much shorter lifespans before arriving on Gielinor. I think there are multiple stones since Bilrach said the ritual stone down Daemonheim was that one from the North, but somehow another ritual stone got placed there by someone before the 18th ritual. What if the 2 stones would be connected (the one from Daemonheim and the one at the North)? Wahisietel suggested that it was a Mahjarrat being at the wrong place at the wrong time when the Strange Power Event occured.

I doubt it being an Elder Artefact though, it surely is powerful but it means nothing for other beings than the Mahjarrat.

BTW do something about the world gate.

Correct me if I'm wrong, I believe Guthix closed it though. Also, any info on who opened it?
There's nothing about Kethsi's gate being the same as Gielinor's, Gielinor's let Elves pass, which means it opened in the crystalline plane, not Keth*i.
The Kin is no surprise - they destroy worlds it's been on.
It doesn't seem the gods need the gate. If their sword can take them through worlds, why couldn't they go on a whim?

And Shield of Arrav - I believe the lore says it's not of this world. A similar sentence, assuming we consider main page articles lore, was a groundbreaking discovery for Movario, letting him finally assure himself what he was looking for somewhere is the Stone of Jas.

Quote from the 10th Guthixian memory from catching butterflies:
" ...found I could move between worlds - opening portals with cuts of the sword. I lost count of the number I visited. "

Seems like guthix both opened and closed portals.

The Frostenhorn: I think we can confirm that this is an Elder God artefact. In the Guthixian memories event, it is said that when Guthix first came to the plane that several of the god artefacts were here. Those INCLUDED the Staff, The Stone, and a Horn. The artefacts are probably alot older than we realize.

Another God Artefact we can confirm is Saradomin's Crown. This was confirmed in the Guthixian Memories.

Wilderness Artefact: Don't think this exists.

The Sword of Skargaroth: I think we can also confirm this is an elder artefact. It killed Skargaroth and transferred his powers to Guthix.

I hope this helps your search, Balustan :)
