Kinda sad, isn't it? It's taken Zaros eons and he couldn't create life. It took Zamorak millenia to succeed. It takes your typical human less than a year.
Zamorak had a baby. With another Mahjarrat. By a method we know (due to Zemouregal's dad's memory) can be done asexually (at notable cost to the Mahjarrat doing so).
We helped repair a tower that taps into some kind of 'life juice' beneath the surface and uses that to make life.
Neither case is any more 'making life from nothing' than the nihil were. They were less Frankenstein's monster-y, sure. But both cases also drew upon something other than the individual's own power.
Also, not every God has manipulated life. To the best of my knowledge we have no examples of Armadyl and Saradomin doing that.
"It seems there is no life on this world. I can see the seeds of life, but not life itself. I feel myself reaching for my staff, to give those seeds a spark of energy, a push to catalyse their efforts... But it is gone. "
-Armadyl (Book of the Gods)
I consider what he did as manipulating life. He is a god and he had the aid of an Elder Artefact.
And I'm sure Saradomin has manipulated life as well; it's just not in the current lore.
To those cursed by war and pest, Come into the light of Armadyl and rest. This is the law of Armadyl.
it's called having sex
That definitely doesn't count in the context of the requirements lol. That is an attempt at perpetuation, not creation.

Nothing in what you've quoted supports your claim. Armadyl is saying that he wanted to help start life but missed his chance. That is not manipulating life. He has not taken something and changed it into something else. Also, you can't say that Saradomin has done something when there is no evidence to support that claim. The hallmark of being a T2 God is the ability to manipulate life. The only proper example of this that we have is Zaros' creation of the Nihil.
I thought what I'd do was, I'd pretend to be one of those deaf-mutes
Didnt they say at Runefest in a Lore Q+A that Centaurs are a mix breed of Unicorns and Men? If they ain't a natural race then
someone
made them. Maybe at one point Saradomin was T2? It explains how such a peaceful-seeming race supports Saradomin to their extinction.

Mutating life, just like Zaros if that is true.

Being a T2 God means that your power is obtained directly from anima. Seren taught this to Guthix which is how he ascended from T3 to T2. If Saradomin was once a T2 god then it means he has somehow forgotten how to do this. That is how Zaros regained his power by eating Muspah. It is possible that the centaurs were created by a T2 god that we don't know about or it is just as likely that they are natural (who the hell knows how unicorns work?). The only canon example of the manipulation of life we have is Zaros' creation of the muspah

The Tower of Life can pull such a stunt. I wonder if the Centaurs could have come about after the "other half" arrived here?
