Holy Water is among the most unique weapons in the game. The only ranged DemonBane weapon!, KNIFE SPEED!, and a wieldable vial of water!?
Unfortunately, such an interesting weapon is complete dead content due to its DREADFUL manufacturing process. Not only would it take DAYS to make enough to do a single slayer task but, its also an awful weapon.
I find this to be a waste of cool content.
Suggestion:
After completion of Legends quest, Demon slayer, and Otto Godblessed's vial smashing technique & Sins of the Father: [maybe Demon Slayer 2 reward!!!(Ya'll better make that s**t like TES IV Oblivion Gate main story line)] players can speak with Safalaan Hallow (maybe in DS2 he becomes the ascendant avatar of Saradomin! after you 82 thieving the Amulet of Kings equivalent (TES4) of OSRS!) and learn how to make Holy Water(e). Vials of water are used in conjunction with prayer ashes (higher level ashes = more vials made) to make the only DemonBane ranged weapon. Req = Herblore level of X Prayer level of X. Or hell make it with a new herb too IDC (or old under-utilised herb)
Make em' SHREAD (remember VIABLE)
Make it comparable DPS to ArcLight & Arceuus Spells.
1/2.5K,5K,10K,32K from Demons (corresponding by difficulty) to drop: Hell's Humidifier; attach to Ava's Assembler to make it work with Holy Water(e)
(P.S. General Graardor should drop Ourg bones because LORE! FFS) Shell Yah
