Crafting requirements for fortified version is +5 crafting levels above base requirement.
Smithing requirements for fortified version is +5 smithing levels above base requirement bronze-adamant; Rune items can be fortified at base required level (The strongest smithable metal is easily fortified).
Fletching requirements for fortified version is +5 fletching levels above base requirement; Redwood longbow(f) required 99 fletching (+4 fletching over 95 required fletching for stand redwood longbow).
Crystal crafting remains as consistent with smithing and crafting requirements already established; adds a fortification requirement to craft. Thank you,

I probably missed a lot of items and potential for the skill but this is just a rough idea of what Fortification could be. Slayer type skill that gives incentives to train your skills. Would give a lot more options for gear and items at the early-mid-late game levels. Adds a skill requirement to creating some of Runsecape's strongest weapons and amour (torva, massoir, zcb). creates beneficial boosts for training gathering skills. HUGE item sink. Thank you,
