I didn't think of the economic impacts till they were mentioned above, though I do wonder how serious of an impact it would be today.

Perhaps a middle-ground where use of the system is limited to certain items along with a certain number of items in a 24 hour period to control the effect this will have on the economy.

'ECONOMIC BUBBLE' theory..

Any given account that's played for a while is most likely 'Rich.'
Especially if they've ground out mid/endgame PvM.

They already do.. what you're really saying is 'let em make money off of... ' mid to late game content that other players haven't yet achieved.

Honestly tho, if they're so good as to be able to 'afford' end game stuff that they will then 'rent out' ( no loan involved here) what in the world do they need the gp for?
