I was training agility at the Canifis Rooftop Course and my cat became overgrown. I thought this was strange because your cat follows you around, so supposedly it is climbing up and down buildings with you.

My suggestion is to freeze cat’s “health timers” while you are training at an agility course. A cat would not be able to change from a normal cat to an overgrown cat or from a wily cat to a lazy cat.

No support, you don’t seem to get the point of raising cats at all. The reason people raise cats is to get them to adult stage and sell them in West Ardy for 200 death runes each. If you paused the timer you would disrupt people’s death rune side hustles, just saying.
