Again, it is a matter of balance. You can choose to do it easy and pay for it, or you can choose to earn it and make a profit. The entire game is that way.

You can burn magic or redwood logs to get fast exps, but it is expensive. You can burn willow logs and take longer, but cheaper. Or you can do it in a click intensive minigame and make a profit.

You can do magic in a very fast simply splashing and get tons of exps, but it cost you. OR you can do several other ways that make money, but require a lot more work.

You can get your combat exps in a easy manner, but it makes no money, or you can kill things that make you money, but is slower and more click intensive.

Why should cooking be different?

well you can get graps from Vorkath 250 to 300 per drop and Vorkath drop 2 times per kill at a rate of 2/30. we know Vorkath never been botted.... or Zulrah 2/42 drop rate for 250 grape drop. 100% never been botted . Kalphite Queen 1/25 for 100 grapes. i dont know if she being botted. or Thermonuclear smoke devil you need a slayer lvl 93 i dont think you can bot this devil.
lets go to the highscores for Zulrah just the top 25. i will post names rank i think might be sus for botting, wwting, or got hacked. this dont mean i am right or anything like that. they could just love killing this boss.

I give you a head up guess whats happing to sharks. there are alot of Minnow sus accounts. cooking or just selling the raw sharks. 1 year prices drop close to 50%.

lol no we should get get rid of combat lol. now that the joke over. the damage is alrady done. the only way i can see the price of grapes to go up is buy a few bill of them at a high price and jagex remove the drops. now if you want to know how to keep something price up look at the dragon full helm. even 3ed age will drop price over time. the more people get the drops the more in the game. yes you can go and kill some Mithril dragon to get 100 helm and crash the market. but most players only kill a few mith dragon for Kandarin Diary. now lets guess what a new item will cost? 1m 10m 1b ? lets look at Scythe of vitur. the more that came out the low it is geting. rn its going up becouse dt2 but if it not usefull in it. it most likely crash back to 350m

In case you heard, the only players jagex cares about are the ones that are 90% focused on combat. They figure the easier it is for a bosser to get 99 cooking the better. That is why they drop so many grapes, so they can cheaply and quickly get to the levels they do not burn any thing that the mobs drop. That way no one has any need of skillers.
