The only methods that come close are ones that are heavily click intensive AND require membership.

Making wines is literally the meta of gaining cooking experience if you aren't counting methods that involve tons of clicking.

And it's a method that you unlock at level 35 in free to play.
Karambwan can be cooked at level 30, gives 190 exps, and makes a profit of 118 per fish. You can even buy them for 90 for an even bigger profit. You only need to click once per inventory.

"Karambwan can be cooked at level 30"

...

Requires membership.

If we use bonds as a measurment for the cost of membership, it would cost you around 500k-600k per day to cook karambwans.

Wines are a free-to-play item.

It costs you about 2 million gp to get to level 99 with wines.

So your problem isnt that it is fast exps for the skill, but that it is f2p.

IF people are going to use karambwans as the method of making a bond, its most likely they will fish it and then cook it. Doing so means you need 1169 per day to make 8 mil., something can be done in about 3-4 hours. For safety, you would likely want to fish 3000 per day, something that can be done in 3 hours, then another to cook it.

Even if you bought them, you would still only need to cook 4140 per day to get 8 mil for a bond. It is possible to cook 1400 items an hour. Assuming that you are level 30 and burn 60% of that, you would need to buy a lot more, but it would be possible to do so in time to buy the bond, but only just. When you get to high levels you will burn less and thus it will be easier and easier to buy the bond.

As you said, it cost you 2 mil to make wine to 99. In order to do so, you first have to buy the jug, then put water in it (unless you buy the jugs of water), then add the wine. For the first 32 levels, you will be losing up to 40% of the wine.

Here is a little secret. There are no skills below 50 that can make a bond without a minimum of 100+ hours a fortnite. Because you are doing this in f2p, there is no time restrictions on doing it. You can take years to do it and it will not affect anything.

As noted in my previous post...

Making jugs of wine (although not 'profitable,') is insanely cheap EXP.

Not only is it cheap, it is FAST!

I would also like to add this as evidence for why making wines should be nerfed:

Even though making a jug of wine is something you can do without a membership subscription (it can be done in a free-to-play world,) you still see players electing to make wines as a training method despite having an active membership subscription...

In other words... Members are using a FREE-TO-PLAY method of training their cooking levels to 99.

This is why I brought up the fact that making summer pies is so broken in terms of the cost compared to making wines.

There is zero reason for anyone to cook summer pies (requires 95 cooking + membership) when you can just make wines (level 35; free-to-play.)

There are faster and profitable ways in members, so your only complain is that it is for f2p.

Extremely unlikely since in members, there are faster ways that are profitable. You can expect to make 9mil profit from the karambwans.

Why would a player choose to lose money when they can make money and get the exps just as fast, if not faster. IF you know what you are doing, you can get 1 million exps per hour cooking karambwans.

Karambwans are not faster exp than jugs of wine unless you are clicking excessively.

In terms of clicking 1 time per inventory, nothing beats making wines.

It's not even close.
