edit: I don't know why everyone throws out " oh we don't wanna go back to eoc".
the only update we don't want is the combat system. I personally love the 07 combat system but I do miss summoning and curses.

Yeah, I don't get it either. Like, the two updates were completely underrated and years apart.

Curses were broken too.

You're wrong. I'm not here for 2012, I am here for 2007 and taking a DIFFERENT path than the degeneracy of 2008-2013 that followed. Long live the Wilderness. Long live risk vs reward in PVM. Long live 2006.

Cool. We have some updates from 2008 already. What's one more? I'm also not trying to get anything from 2012 so that's fine too.

Let's get Summoning.

Summoning is a horrible idea, and Curses came way after 2008.

"We have some updates from 2008 already." Thanks for giving me reason to vote against all content that is copied from Pre EoC. Long live the Wilderness. Long live risk vs reward in PVM. Long live 2006.

Anyone who can't accept that summoning in the main game was nothing but easyscape isn't worth debating with since they're delusioned and need a reality check. The OP's compromise is a major improvement though. And then there are just some people who don't want it with pets in game. Stop luring PKers outside the wilderness, it's unfair.
