In the livestream on June 18, 2015 on OSRS's youtube channel, Mod Mat K and Mod Ash mentioned Sailing at the 32:00 mark. Mod Ash was pretty excited about it.

After Zeah theres going to be a transport with the fishing side of things (this can be seen in Mod Archies Zeah Video - this isn't the title but you get what I mean) adding Sailing wouldn't have much useage towards players however I would love to see a new skill come to Old School I really wanted artisan to go through
