Instead of having them randomly re-spawn throughout Runescape and continually doing that with maintenance, really answer the communities heart and bring the life of the items back to Old 07.

To do this:Have one huge event! Whatever it be, at the end you are able to chose 1 rare item prize. After this, no more events for tradable rare items.
Each player in RS can get one tradeable rare item per account, and of course its only 1 color of that chosen rare. That way all of the rares will be revived. Having their trade able rareness; it will force players from getting higher amounts than others by spam hunting for em. By letting it be once, people have to be on and they can always get more, but will have to earn gp to buy em from other players.

The nontradeable rares can spawn randomly during seasonal events or how it was originally planned, that way you can always get one.

For ex: Huge event 6/1/13, takes 5 hours. I get to choose between party hat, hween mask, disk of returning, party cracker, easter egg, or santa hat. Now I can only have one out of all of them as the prize but only 1 of 1 color, not one of each.

This will spur uniqueness and desire in each rare item and in the economy copy the old fashion rare item economy.

If players are that desperate for multiple they will have to make new accounts and make them members, so Jagex would make $$$ off of this 1 event if players want them that badly, and it would be only 1 day.

I really believe this idea will satisfy the RS 07 Community by highering the view of rares, fairly delivering them to players, help the 07 economy, bring irl $ to Jagex, remove excess maintenance for rare item future events, and be better overall.

I know many players send out ? and opinions, but please put this to a poll for all of 07 RS community to vote-one last time before the rares come out! This could be the answer that really can compliment RS and satisfy a majority.TY!

I would like to suggest updating the 'x' option when banking. What I mean by this, is once you type in a value for 'x' for withdrawal or depositing, your value is remembered next time you right click to withdrawal or deposit. For example, you would like to withdrawal 2k to go to karajama because you're making multiple trips to brim dungeon or what not. So next time you bank you can just right click your cash stack and click 2k again instead of clicking 'x' and typing in 2000. This would be especially helpful for herblore. Instead of clicking 'x' and withdrawing 14 unfinished pots, then clicking 'x' on the additive and typing in 14 for one inventory. Just having the ability to right click and withdrawal 14 making life slightly easier. I feel it's a small update with small impact, but would be nice to have. Thanks :)
