Player Owned Houses in OSRS are currently in need of a few tweaks and perhaps upgrades.
-TWEAKS-
Incense burners - The smoke isn't extremely visible. Perhaps a color change or a darker shade of the current color.
POH reset - After exiting a player owned house, the house is sometimes kept exactly how you left it which includes open doors and lit incense burners. This is generally not desired if you own your very own gilded altar. This can lead to experience loss and general aggravation when the incense burners develop a mind of their own. POH should be ALWAYS reset upon the exit instantly.
POH butlers - They currently suffer amnesia, they cannot remember the amount of material you'd like deposited or withdrawn from your bank even though you keep repeating to them hundreds of time. Please fix this.
Coin chest - Currently doesn't hold unlimited cash, we'd love to have another safe place for storing cash.
-UPGRADES-
Marrentill storage box inside POH - Self explanatory, we'd love to be able to store up to 100 marrentill inside of our houses. This doesn't make construction or prayer any easier, just slightly more convenient.
Marrentill dye - The ability to dye marrentill herbs to change the color of the smoke from the incense burners. Either allow us to manually use dye on the herb or give us the ability to convert the colors instantly via NPC on noted marrentills. Perhaps also consider extending the period of time of the smoke.
Color selection: Blue, Red, Green, Purple, Yellow.
House Options: Allow us to keep doors permanent open.
