* Alter the quest reward from 'Troll Stronghold' to 2 10k Xp Lamps

We need a Grand exchange stop spamming, make trading easier, and make it so that players can't be beaten up or down too badly on price after waiting hours to get a trade. I want to play quick get an item and progress to the next part of my quest or rare monster hunt or even skill levelling**** drives the game forward!!

change the npc pj system so that npc's cant pj player fights or so that players can pj the npc player fight so that when the npc pjs in the first place we can get our fight back, those stupid skeletons in edge will be the death of me...
