1. Should capes of accomplishment be equipable in free worlds?
2. If yes, should capes of accomplishment be usable for entering guilds in free worlds?
3. Should the perks of capes of accomplishment work in free worlds?
4. Should capes of accomplishment be purchasable in free worlds.
Reasoning: As has been stated time and time again, free-to-play is a game in and of itself, not just a free trial for members Runescape. Getting 99 in a skill is a big accomplishment (really, one of the ultimate accomplishments in Runescape, surpassed only by getting 99 in multiple skills and completing all quests/achievement diaries/etc.) and, as such, I think it is worthy of recognition regardless of the membership status of the player.
To appease the naysayers that believe that free players (and pures, for that matter) don't deserve any content at all (let alone new content) for the sole reason that their status as a free player is optional, I have split this into four questions. At the lowest level this would make capes of accomplishment merely a cosmetic item wearable by current members on free worlds and past members that for whatever reason are not currently paying for membership.
For those that oppose, I would be interested in hearing a real argument (i.e. something other than "You choose to not buy a bond so you shouldn't even get to play Runescape you greedy entitled moocher."
