Why not add a world where there is no pvp..... Hear me out! Change the wildy to a PvM area where you and your friends can go to kill bosses and high level monsters, the worlds will need to have a min total level to enter 1500 maybe but you can go and fight all kinds of high level dangerous bosses scattered around the wildy. We have PvP worlds so why not a PvM only world?

Hello Jagex mods! I have been a player of Runescape since January of 2006. I joined old school runescape around 2014 and it brought back such good memories but due I noticed since the back up of Osrs was from mid to late 2007 there was already changes happening to the game from that time. I am making a suggestion about the graphics on certain NPC's around Runescape. I noticed on old school Runescape's 2014 birthday event you guys made exhibits of NPC character models from 2004/2005/2006. Being a player who started in 2006 I was wondering if it could be possible to have toggle option or have specific worlds to have the old 2004/2005/2006 NPC models of Skeletons, Zombies, Ghosts, Dragons, Demons, Giants, HellHounds, Kalphites, wolves, Spiders, Goblins, and even varrock guards? I hope you guys receive this suggestion and maybe poll it. It would make a lot of players happy and mean the world. Keep up the good work!

I have recently been thinking about any new content that would benefit the game and have thought of something I don't think has been mentioned before.

Maple Syrup...

This could be obtained by collecting bark from maple trees by using a knife in the tree. Much like cutting the tree down, the tree would eventually collapse but at a rate of 1/20 and not 1/8 like when cutting trees.

Maple bark would then be cooked in an oven to yield maple syrup with a high failure rate (as in real turns maple syrup is difficult to produce!).

Maple syrup could then be made into various sweets using the cooking skill.

But it doesn't end there...

To involve the construction skill this could be done at a "sweet crafting station" which can be made in the kitchen room of your house.

The sweets made would stack in a players inventory and would replenish run energy and potentially hit points in the same way that purple sweets do. The hitpoints and run energy that these sweets would heal can vary depending on the type of sweet made. Some could heal more hitpoints but less run energy and some the other way around. The seeets would heal no more than 5 hitpoints to avoid them becoming overpowered.

I feel this would benefit the game as it offers a tactical option for various combat mini games where run energy is used and extra food may be required while saving inventory space. They potentially could be useful in pvp and pvm situations as well.

There could be other potential uses that I haven't thought of yet so I welcome the thought of other players to aid my suggestion!

I second this. I believe it would greatly help with the botting issue.

CLAN WELFARE IS RUBBISH!

Even a lvl 126 can be demolished by a 10 + head welfare clan!

3 on 1 is more than plenty to offer the prey a chance to fight back!

Scaled down damage from the 2nd & 3rd attacker would be appreciated!
( 2nd - 70% of max hit , 3rd 45% of max hit. )
( Same would go for TB & any freeze / entangle spell reduced timers. )

Offer the PREY a reason to fight back with a simple boost of stats when hit by 3 players within 5 ticks.

The boost would known as
adrenaline
. It would go beyond what supers offer for 3 ticks. Just enough for 1 K.O attempt.

It will be a passive boost just like the mining guild now offers , so not to add more clicking whilst in combat.

I second this. I believe it would greatly help with the botting issue.


Bots can easily do random events. So it would do nothing to stop them, at all.

I wasn't giving a rude answer, merely asking for feedback on what was wrong with my previous post, since I couldn't find out any information on it after it was hidden. If you would help to point this out, that would be much appreciated. :)

'Backtalking' asides, I would like to add more on the original post by putting out a possible way of making it fair for those who have earned one or multiple boss pets, most likely having to spend tens, if not hundreds, of hours to get them.

My original proposition is to have them be a one-time use, where 'consuming' the boss pet gets rid of it, meaning you would have to go get another one. However it would be permanently unlocked for that player to use, free of charge.

The alternative would be to only have it accessible for those owning the pet, but instead of consuming it, you pay a high fee depending on how difficult the boss the pet is associated with is, all of whom would require a 99 construction level to create. :D
