I think it would be useful to have a bank chest in a player owned house. It could help significantly for a quick restock while bossing or PvP.
You could design the bank chest so the higher the level of construction, the more bank chest spaces available? This bank chest being separate from banks found around Runescape.

P.S, I took a break from the game and am unaware if it has previously been polled.
Some GE Modifications? I know it was polled and we're stuck with it but we can enhance it a little. This would also remove the need of unsafe, unofficial 3rd parties that take away your cash
Like:
Small improvements:
- Buy limit tracker, to see how many items you can still buy within your 4 hours
- Have the price graph in-game
Medium improvements:
- See all current buy/sell offers from all players, not only the item price. In that way we can't be fooled any more by those bank salers with poisoned items... We'll see that the 'real' price of people selling the 'Bucket helm' or whatever
Major improvements:
- Be able to select from which player to buy a stack of items. The item limits would still apply, for example if someone sells 100k magic longs you should only be able to buy a max of 13k at each 4 hours, independent of the player that sells them
- Be able to select to which player to sell a stack of owned items. The item limits should still apply
- Be able to set any price for buy/sell offers, just as it is now, but with the improvement that you can choose from which player you can sell/buy. It would not influence the current automatic system, since the manual choosing is optional
- Modify the average price only with the transactions between unique players. In that way Mercher01 that sells to Mercher02 and vice-versa 1000 times at huge prices can't really manipulate anything...
- All the manual transactions happen through GE, absolutely no remote trading window or anything else, that risks scamming, the transaction is done through GE

So was just thinking, what if Jagex added a new style of slayer task where instead of a specific monster, you get the option of killing a variety of monsters in an area. Like say the task would be "kill 100 creatures in Catacombs" or in Nieve's cave, etc. I think it could make slayer a bit more fun, giving you the chance to do what you prefer a bit more. I think it should be a rare chance of getting the task, but I like the idea. Any thoughts?
Add an enchantment unlock through slayer masters that allows you to charge the slayer helmet with 50-100 charges per black mask, giving it the ability to deal double damage, with a 1/15-1/20 chance to proc, while fighting your assigned monster (excluding boss monsters).
Could we poll changing the existing monster models back to their 2004-2006 versions, as well as informing the player-base within the poll question that the old models actually dropped items more quickly than their existing counterparts? This could satisfy nostalgic and efficiency players alike.
Similarly, can we poll a toggle for the interface to change it back to the way it was in 2005?
