Add an NPC to the redwood area that can give you an item called an "Enchanted redwood root" for 15k redwood logs + 7500k coins (This will ensure the prices remain high). This item may be fletched into a redwood stock and can be used in a few new items explained below.

The enchanted redwood root may also be used in the future in the creation of staves, hilts etc. It may also fit in nicely with the thought of upgrading splitbark armour, bringing it back to life in the form of a high tier must have.

The stock can be added to the light ballista to form a new item called the Redwood ballista(creative, i know!) Increasing the stats of the light ballista to be on par with the ACB without any special attack.

The new bow CAN be charged with a Kraken tentacle, imbuing the new item with a magic that allows the special attack of the bow to freeze the opponent for 20 seconds (Consumes 75% of your special bar).

Each special attack removes 1 charge from the bow (120 per kraken). The bow is not dissolved like the whip when the kraken is used up, it however reverts back to the redwood ballista.

The redwood stock may also be used with a Seercull to create the Seer's crossbow.
The seer's crossbow will act like a normal rune crossbow but with a special attack similar to that of the MSB which will allow 2 normal hits of the bow at once.

I have a new idea for marks of grace. What if we were to make a non trade able pvm looting bag? Requiring marks of grace to unlock extra slots in the bag? Such as this:
50 marks to buy the bag with beginning of 3 extra slots
Every additional slot in the bag would cost 25 marks all the way up to slot #15 and from slot 15-28 it costs 45 marks. This will make it to where this item will be not only very challenging to go be able to use it in its full potential, but it will motivate players to strive and get all those slots and marks. Let me know and ideas or tweaks someone has. This is just an idea so I want to know what everyone thinks? The King

99 Hunter Cape Ability to have no limitations on the daily teleport to both Red and Black Chinchompa locations.

With addition of Gray Chinchompa location teleport

OR

Major hunting location teleports.

Why I think this would be beneficial.

Currently, to get from Edgeville to Black Chinchompas all one has to do is create a Waca Canoe which takes about 45 seconds. It's not that big of a difference and it would be very convenient for people who achieved 99 Hunter. The Red Chinchompa location is accessable through a teleport called "Feldip Hills Teleport" which only takes about 15-20 seconds to get to the Red Chinchompa hunting location. 99 cape abilities are supposed to be convenient for the person wearing them, so I think this would add the convenience factor that Hunters would be looking for.

I'm not sure how this would effect the game but is there any possible way you could bring item lending back? I have a lot of friends ask me to borrow stuff all the time. I would feel a lot more safe and secure if I knew I was going to get my item back for sure.

Here's my idea:

Make the Kalphite Queen shortcut available from the Hard diary instead of the Elite.

i believe this should change as people rarely do KQ after the elite diary,
one of the main reasons a lot of people do KQ is for the elite diary, therefore the shortcut at a lower tier diary would make the boss more appealing to a wider range of people.

I feel like there should be a vote on whether the boosts on skillcapes should be increased to the equivalent of a potion or food that temporarily boosts a skill. However, such a boost should only be available in non-PVP combat, so only applicable in PvM situations or skilling. For example, a boost from the Ranged Skillcape would temporarily increase range to the equivalent of taking a sip of a ranging potion.

2 Suggestions:

Please make all magic spells automatic to cast similar to how the regular spells are. It is a pain to click on the spell and then click on an item / player / npc to cast the spell every single time.

Pure players would love this idea but other players might also. Please give the ability to remove combat levels. Maybe some of us made a mistake along the way and accidentally got 2 defense and ruined our pure accounts. This will give players the ability to relive the thrill of leveling up once again or it will make them happier by being a lower level.

Ok guys get ready because this is going to be a really great idea.

So I am going to go right to it, I think it would be a superb idea to add drop table monsters to your own construction house, slayer monsters, and any moster ect. Making it a profitable monster in the comfort of your own POH. Now, we cant make something great like this without hard requirements

Requirements: Having 99 construction would be a #1 priority on this, maybe maybe 95 construction but that is up to Jagex

In order to unlock said monster, you would have to complete the easy-elite diaries in that area, so for example: Kaliphite queen= easy through elite Desert diaries to unlock a Kaliphite queen to kill and get drops from in your dungeon.

So basically if you unlock easy-elite diaries in said location, you get the ability to kill them for loot in your dungeon! Now I know this will have its own problems such as certain bosses like gwd bosses that need teams. That is kind of where I have a roadblock because I think it would be too easy to just bring your friends to your op house and have them boss there. But maybe they have to have a smaller requirement to boss in there like they have had to kill the boss at least 8000+ times in a slayer task (depending on slayer monster difficulty) , have 85 construction to fight your friends poh boss. I think you should have the option of charging people to come in and fight your bosses (charge any amount.)

I think this is a great great Idea, and I am in no way able to make this happen without Jagex and other players support! I think this would make a great new way to grind at the game and enjoy all the work you have done in the comfort of your own home sometimes! Thanks guys for looking at it!!
