Not sure if this has been suggested before or not, but can we get an option to use fire capes to imbue skill capes so that they have identical stats to the fire cape?
This way we can show off our skill capes in combat without feeling like we're gimping ourselves.

I'd like to see a new boss based off of the skeletal wyverns and it would appear to be like the king black dragon with three heads and make the normal drops from wyverns more common and more of the items (example would be battlestaffs increasing from 10 to 15-20) and the dragon platelegs(skirt) and granite legs would be half as common and the same with the visage.

What is wrong with the direction that OSRS is moving is that small yet game changing irreversible updates that almost nobody cares about creep into the game. Old School part of Old School fades away slowly... In the name of Democracy.

As you change the game in the name of Democracy - you can get away with forgetting Veterans whilst Bending the blame towards the People. Lightening your own responsibility for designing the Polls wisely if done successfully. Thus creating an illusion that (only) players did it.

Which is fine, tho discouraging/frustrating to cynical people like myself when trying to fight for the spirit of Old School.

Irreversible update = Update that changes the game or parts of the game in quite fundamental ways that cannot be turned back once done. Example, for a graphical content you can add a Toggle button in future, for a new skilling method with an increased xp rate the skill changes forever (tho osrs shouldn't have rs3 graphics but thats beside the point).

I am talking more about types of accounts that limit themselves. Democracy applies more for normal players and philosophy for those who limit themselves.

Affects strongest: Ironmen

Barehanded impling Hunting.
Nobody cares about this but it changes a fundamental part of the Hunter skill: Hunting Implings. Implings are all over the world.

Ironmen limit themselves so don't make it easier for people who choose that style. Barehanded hunter Does Exactly that when you don't need a net for barehanded.

Normal ironmen aren't As affected. For ultimate ironman when you want to RuneCraft as a skiller, one of the only ways I am aware of getting Earth Talisman for instance is through hunting Implings (unless that changed).

Almost nobody cares about this, therefore you can get away with it. It's however highly discouraging for a tiny minority of vets and it is a bad idea to discourage vets for the long term success of this game.

Not so small update:

Agility roofs.
This isn't a problem for people with combat, but for skillers this made the skill a skill of medium difficulty rather than a hard skill (in my subjective opinion). People with Combat already had a method of over 60k agility experience per hour as far as I know, but the max Skillers could get was around 47k in The Wilderness.

From 47k in wilderness to 65k for agility roofs, well if that's not imbalanced then I don't know what is. You could have made it so combat skills affect the xp/h on roofs or anything to keep the balance. Skillers limit themselves in the first place so you shouldn't make it easier for us.

Suggestion for Implings: Different rules for Ironmen.

I don't have a solution for the past. My idea for future is to avoid those kinds of irreversible updates in the future to greatest extent possible.

It's called Old School after all. Therefore the game should stay Old School.


EDIT: I didn't realize I had more space to elaborate on this, could do later,
and I would've made the first post clearer if I didn't have lack of time and space.

Please poll a reduction of the screeching noise the special attack of an armadyl crossbow makes. It hurts my ears :(
Isn't it strange that so many players blindly apply to clans, without ever wondering why there are openings in that clan?

Poll Suggestion:

Please consider allowing players to use Gilded Armour in Free To Play worlds. The stats are identical to rune. The exception to this would be Gilded Boots, as boots are solely a member item.

2nd Suggestion: With the expansion of Treasure Trail rewards, please add alternative gilded weapons as well as a Medium Helmet and Chain Body. Cosmetic items with no offset in stats attainable by members, but able to be sold to the whole community would be beneficial in my opinion.

I would like to see an imbue option added to the Nightmare Zone Rewards which allows you to imbue the Dragonfire Shield. This could let you launch a thousand fireballs from the DFS without degrading its stats (similar to how the imbued crystal shield loses not defensive power when it degrades). I think it would be interesting and stop the valuable shield from crashing horribly!

Add an option to switch your exp gain rate to x0 and back to x1 when you talk to NPC,this could help people in pvp and open more builds leveling a pure like an obby maul that option could let you to stop at 60 str forever or 10hp dbower. This also could help with weapon like whip,people could use it without leveling more exp if rate set to x0 and etc.
