I would love to see the clan system be brought to Old School. Maybe not the same content as what's on RuneScape, but definitely something to separate the friends chat and clans.

I also wouldn't mind seeing a Citadel or some sort of kingdom of sort to establish work and unity. Also, a page on the website of clans that give the total experience among the clan as a total and the individual player.

Add a graphical telltale next to the names of those who buy bonds so that I can still feel proud when I prance around in my expensive gear. I want people to know I've worked hard for it and not bought it with gp obtained from bonds.

Like a little £ sign or something.

I would have the chance to be able to migrate my RS3 accounts for the Old School RS . I believe this would be totally fair to the players , as many simply stopped playing the current RS due to the giant number of updates that have been made , and who took the pleasure of playing RS . Could lose some items that came with updates , and would not have the sum of the total level of the last skills. I think it could even pay for this service , but it would be totally pleasurable able to return to my old accounts in RS Old .
I thank you and take into consideration that requests.

Update 3rd age range and mage hats! They look terrible.. definitely not unique compared to the melee helm. This would make them much more valuable, which wouldn't hurt anyone :) .

It's a small update, but it makes clue scrolls much better. It must be the worst feeling when you get a 3rd age coif, lol. Updating the hats would bring value to the whole sets.
