I don't understand why people are getting so angry about adding new updates such as Gwd, bank tabs, quest, clan wars, etc. everyone keeps saying that the game will turn into another eoc. It's not them updates that turned rs into eoc. It was the style of combat/abilities that really messed things up for the majority of players. I think the game needs updates just like it was back in the good ol days, and I also think f2p really needs to be added to help the community grow, I was watching videos earlier today and just seeing so many people on the minimap blew my mind. If we want the community to keep growing rather then people quitting, yes we are going to need some updates because how long could anyone last playing a game with no major updates, doing the same thing over and over again. It's been what 4 months so far? And even I notice the amount of players that are disappearing. I don't know what jagex was thinking when they added eoc. But they really need to do something to get us players motivated to keep playing. And yes I just typed this all on a ipad :)

without the GWD, the current PVP content is useless, cause the amounts of time, effort and suplies you put in PVP, isnt worth the amount of the loots you can get, because the current KO weapons, arent strong enough, making PVP less fun, and less profitable.
people will become less rich, and because of that, they cant PK anymore and the PVP experience might just die off, cause the suply costs are bigger then the loots you get. and because you need so many suplies for just a single kill, there's a big demand for suplies, which come in the game via bots, making botting more profitable.
i want JAGEX to make a pol for GWD for if it so it can get re-introduced in rs07,

my qeustion is: why not bring the GWD?
other then the current answer: it wasnt back then in the game.
my answer to that will be: runescape07 will get extinct if PVP doesnt get boost, if thats what you want.

Could clue scrolls be changed so that if you cannot wear an item you wont be required to wear it.

I had 2 accounts back in 2003-2007 one main one pure and I loved doing clue scrolls everytime I got one, as I'm older now I cannot level two accounts and am focusing on leveling a pure because i found it way more fun but i'm not bothering picking up clues atm because I know i'll spend 30 minutes on it for it to say equip rune helm etc.

I'm pretty sure slayer does somthing simular because I've never had a task that I was unable to do due to not completed a quest.

A million times this, I've had to get 90 str with a d long because I want to return to ape atoll for 90+ range when I've made bank to buy the chins and I can't pk atm because to melee pk tidy you need a scim. :(

I died 2 times while afking at rockcrabs and while afking at a rare spawn location. I lost over 4m just because I afk'ed for 3mins, some random event NPC must've killed me such as Evil Chicken. Training always in our cheap gear is inefficient. And also scamming/ddosing problems could occur when bossing. Gravestones prevented goldfarmers from transferring their gp too. So I think the benefits of gravestones are more than the disadvantages.
Either gravestones should be added or the random event NPC's that attack you removed from the game.

In my opinion, we need three major updates soon in OSRS.

#1:
Gravestones

gravestones are a life saver for anybody who does pvm and loses their items. It seems quite unfair that if i afk for a minute or two to go do something i can be killed by a random event and lose all of my valuables for somebody else to pick up. I'm not saying add all of the gravestones, but the original ones that give a small amount of time to retrieve ur items is a good start

lets face it, the GE has saved precious time for a lot of players. It isn't necessarily a bad thing to have, it is a really useful tool that has personally saved me hours of typing out line after line of text just to get ripped off. Merching in old school already happens, so what if it is organised into a clan?

God Wars Dungeon

okay PKers, hop off your nostalgia and open your eyes for a minute. The GWD was in face released in 2007, just not before the current OSRS backup file was created. This update will give a plethora of monsters to fight. This includes the Aviansies, which were always good moneymakers for mid to high level rangers; Spiritual mages, who had the ability to drop the DRAGON BOOTS.... i mean come on, everybody loved dragon boots, whether you were training slayer or pking. There were also the generals, which dropped the godswords. if you think about it, godswords really aren't that overpowered. We already have a few weapons that can hit very high, such as maxed pures with a DDs spec or a Dark bow spec. also, the whip can hit rapid 40's, which is pretty OP.

It just seems unfair to me that everyone seems to shut down these updates, regarding them as being 'too drastic' or 'too overpowered/ridiculous' just give it a few months. more people will agree with me :)

For better organization in the bank, would you like the bank tabs?
For faster deposits in the bank would u like the bag button?
(including the armor button)
For faster withdraws from the bank would you like the search option?
I really want all of these buttons to come back.
