Why can't we have a new NPC?

that through a short quest or through payment will
allow you to have more control over getting or not getting attack, defense, and prayer experience.


Out of the
160,000
players in OSRS, many have
come back for pking
. It would be great to have further control over not accidentally getting

prayer,

defense,

attack,
44/45/53
prayer, etc than just the current change stat priority setting in the interface that is located right near the spec bar.
And who hasn't accidentally buried a bone.


You
can't prevent HP
experience, and this update
wouldn't
prevent experience rewarded from quests because
it would ruin the way pures are structured based on quests (rfd for example).


However,
please
answer with a
poll
the question all us pures have been asking for along time . The wilderness has been updated, this is the perfect
cherry
on the top way to say "We love you pures" from Jagex.

Range and Mage could be considered as well, to make it so people can pk without getting those levels too high, but hp should never be limited or optionable (crazy new accounts with too low of cb because of HP control.

The best part about this is people can enjoy pking on there
pures forever
. Not be forced into a ruined pure through unwanted xp in the wildy. Others want xp in the wildy but not attack or defense. Give us the ability to be immortal accounts. Give us more individual ownership over what levels and what does not.
Matter of fact that is why I couldn't get into RS3 when I tried recently! I couldn't skip the tutorial island & it forced me to get att,str,def.

A few ideas/suggestions, some may have been brought up already but here are some:

1) A ticket system to contact customer support on OSRS

2) Being able to deposit trade able holiday items with Diango to save bank space

3) A total time clock or being able to type something like /total played to see total time played on OSRS

4) An auction house, a bit different than the GE in the main game but allow people to bid on items where the amount bid is posted instead of having a buyout price.

5) A price checker on items to see how much on average an OSRS item sells for/can be tied to the Auction house or listed in a separate guide

6) Being able to obtain Veterans capes on OSRS depending on the same dates as in the main game

7) A special OSRS cape, sort of like the RSC cape in which anyone that plays OSRS can obtain

8) A mail system in which you can send letters to other people that are offline, this could also apply to the main RS game, classic and even Funorb where players can send letters no matter what game they are playing.

my idea is pretty simple.. I undertand many players in today's society want no ge cause they claim ge ruined rs.. well that's great but runescapes future fate is laid down apon the new comers... the younger players.. us old players from way back in the days matter but if we don't have new comer's eventualy the game may die off... there must be improvements and updates and changes.. and no matter what there will be players against this. my proposal is pretty simple. I don't want a ge... I want a trading post.... say 2 to 3 worlds only for the players who are tired of standing for hours trying to sell or buy stuff... and the way it operates is simpler... don't make a big ge looking building... just make the west varok bank have another right click option or make the upstairs part of the bank for trading... and the way this will work is... there is no set price range.. anything can be sold or bought for any said price the seller sets it at and a buyer buys it at... so basicly it works out for every one.. no ge that is taking control of prices... just basicly you open trading post same as you would a ge... click your item to sell.. say how many and how much... the difference is... there is no give... the price is what it is.... ethier some one pays what your asking or they don't. end of story. obviously there will be many offers once it gets going and many prices and nothing will change from how it is now.. no difference from now... we set our prices and we buy or sell at those prices we have set.... its just easier for some of us to make faster sales... and as I said this wont be in every world. the trading post will be in a couple trading post worlds so the rest of rs wont even be affected by it. many and I mean many of us are really tired of spending hours over buying and selling.. hopping worlds... trying to get what u need but some times its never available., this just makes things easier on us all and occupy's those for it and those not for it.

We need to be able to put certain things in certain areas in our bank. I like my stuff organized and its easier to find stuff when it is. This will make trading with people a lot easier because you don't have to look in you bank for something and possibly lose a trade. I don't know about you guys i'm just trying to have my bank a little more organized.
