If you have obtained a fire cape and lose one; you should be capable of paying 2m to an NPC to obtain another; or fight jad again. This would add a great money sink into the game, and will also provide a way for wealthier players to get another fire cape without redoing fight caves.

Things that just need to be in the game: bank tabs, lobby, notes tab on interface

Runner boots back to +2 strength as it was pre-eoc? would make them usefull again and a nice alternative to rune boots

Abyssal whip to be able to restore 10% run energy if you use it on a monster. Walking somewhere, see a man or bear and then bam you got some run energy to get you there faster.

Nobody uses it in pvp

Removal of PK on just one world (Not a busy or PK world.)

Why? I wanna RC without getting PKed, people wanna do clues without getting PKed.

Personal thing: I can't leave my private on "on" because of this, PKers have me added and this has a great impact on my social side in the game. I wanna be able to talk to everyone without risking getting PKed!

This could benefit alot of people, there are enough worlds to PK on, it will only take one world!

More Slayer monsters
Make certain slayer monsters only fightable with tasks
more solo activities like barrows, DFKs
Make the Slayer Staff into another polypore equivilant. Except this time only functional for slayer tasks. You will slay certain monsters that will drop slayer Dart charges and you can charge the staff which will now have in it an automatic magic attack that will be moderately cheap and strong ( Lets say costs around 100 a cast).
Introduce a new lvl 60 or 70 mage armor.

Avoid introduction of D claws, Summoning, G.E.
