I have a simple Poll Request I know the OSRS community 100% desires.
It supports the new wilderness changes, players who have pure accounts that are made for pking, and players who want more control over their accounts.


The No-XP NPC [ His name could be Mat-KO or Bobby for all we care ]

A new Edgeville NPC that you can speak to and pay 10,000 GP to stop xp for a certain stat. It would cost 10,000 gp per stat to stop xp and another 10,000 gp to allow xp to be gained again. That simple.

No more worries about accidentally or eventually getting 2 defense or slowly through pking getting yourself 51 attack, 61 attack, 71 defense, and 76 defense. The player personally just doesn't want xp to grow in certain stats. The interface could be as simple to create.

It would be for combat stats only;
Attack
Strength
Defense
Range
Prayer
Magic
Hitpoints

Also, this would not prevent xp gain from quest completion. It would be to complicated to code that and give players the ability to do quests that as a certain type of pure they just shouldn't and don't need to have access too.

Simple change = Highly positive result. The price could vary on what Jagex decides, but an affordable option that gives every player more control and ownership over their accounts (Reduces the cause of many players who make a mistake in getting xp and feel they ruined their account) some come back, but others permanently quit.

This is such a easy and simple fix to prevent that from happening and let players relax when they click that special attack for their KO in the wilderness or training.

Thank you for your time and I hope this January 2014 Jagex truly considers this and puts it into poll action to give the community a chance to stand for this great update/new content in OSRS! It could be integrated into RS3 also. Let the players decide, the proof is in the pudding. Polls: Yes by a landslide.
