Non-op Ancient Effigies as slayer drops.
Ancient effigies kinda devalued all slow skills on rs3 when they were released, but the actual concept in itself was still good i think. It did make slaying a bit more exciting in my opinion
So what i suggest is a balanced verson of rs3's ancient effigy that can only be dropped by high level monsters, such as high level slayer monsters, metal dragons or bosses and similar.
Their drop rate should be rare, maybe 1/1k or even rarer.
Also they dont necessarily need to have a very high level requirement to use as they had on rs3, I was thinking maybe lvl 50 being highest lvl or so.
Example of how all stages of it could be: (Yes rs3 effigies only had 4 pre-lamp stages but it must not be exact copy ^^)
Stage 1: Requires lvl 10 in a randomly picked skill to use, gives 500 xp in the skill
Stage 2: Requires lvl 20 in a randomly picked skill to use, gives 1,000 xp in the skill
Stage 3: Requires lvl 30 in a randomly picked skill to use, gives 1,500 xp in the skill
Stage 4: Requires lvl 40 in a randomly picked skill to use, gives 2,000 xp in the skill
Stage 5: Requires lvl 50 in a randomly picked skill to use, gives 2,500 xp in the skill
Stage 6: A xp lamp that you can use on any skill, it has the same xp formula as genie lamp but x3, x4 or x5 instead. It could be random what lamp you'll end up getting in the end, bronze (genie x3), silver (genie x4) or gold (genie x5), where bronze is the most common and gold is the rarest.
Anyway there are lots of ways to do it, the most important is actually that it does not under any circumstances devalue any skills, but only works as a small bonus that you might get once in a while and not like rs3's "140k xp every 1-2 hours of slaying"-effigies
Also it should have same mechanics as a clue scroll, which means it can be banked, but you can not obtain more of them until you used or dropped the one you already have, this is to not ruin xp record hiscores.
