Make Snare available on F2P Servers

At the moment the only available 'stun style' spell on f2p is bind, lasting a mere 5 seconds

I propose that the spells Snare (and possibly even Entangle if the community are polled and decide) be made available on f2p servers.

As an avid player of F2p Castle Wars I know this would add an extra dynamic to games

It would also be useful for the new F2P PVP worlds where it would create extra strategies for Pking players who hover around safe zones all the time

Am open to ideas/criticism for the idea ---

Solution to the wintertodt high HP problem:

Make the damage proportional to your max HP and decrease as you level up hitpoints. For example:

lvl 10 hitpoints: 20% damage = 2 damage
lvl 50 hitpoints: 16% damage = 8 damage
lvl 99 hitponts: 10% damage = 10 damage

This way you need to eat less often.

Don't know if any of these have been suggested before, apologies if they have, didn't want to read 460 pages of comments.

-Make the rope to Kalphite lair permanent once you've been there before.

-In the maze random event, remove the "open wall" and just have an "open door" at the easily recognizable door. If your camera angle isn't just right you get can get pointlessly hung up on clicking the wall when you try and click the door and it wastes time.

-Make a spell for every spellbook to change to a different spellbook without having to travel to an obscure destination and change it manually. Maybe block it from being used in the wild so that it can't be abused for pvp.

-Remove the dialogue for the broken cart section of the entrance to shilo village once you have completed the quest.

An update to the clan system could do some real good for the OSRS community.

Maybe something similar to POH, with group and community oriented rooms and items. Teleport rooms that lead to bosses and raids, bank chests, banners, notice boards, accessibility without clan leaders being online, ect
Clan achievments and member count could unlock more useful goodies. Nothing incredibly fancy like castles.

Clan scores would be nice - win and loss count for Clan Wars, boss kills, raid count, small ways to keep track of clan activities and achievements.

Could you please update barrows or add something new to it ?
The barrows armour pieces are low in price right now and having an update might raise the price.
Barrows for me has always been fun to do so it sucks that the pieces are now all below 2mill.
Perhaps a new item that would make a piece non degradable ?
Hell anything to make them more expensive then they are now.
Hope you can think of something.

Torso piece to match the item "Pink skirt" from Varrock costume shop.

The skirt is a brighter shade of pink compared to the pink gnome robes from the grand tree costume shop, so the "Pink robe top" doesn't match the colour of the "Pink skirt".

Maybe this could be introduced as an easy clue scroll reward, or simply added to the Varrock costume shop.

I just started this game back so excuse me if these suggestions have been brought up in the past, but why can't we have a tool belt in oldschool? Also it would be nice to be able to keep your skill cape untrimmed and possibly have a money sink in the game by keeping the cape untrimmed after the person gets the 2nd 99, you just get a message saying, if you would like a trimmed cape, then go talk to your person for the option to purchase one.
