Please change the dragon spear/zamorak hasta special to require 100% in castle wars to use instead of it's current 25%.

Spam spearing makes scoring in castle wars impossible. You can't use bandages while you're stunned, and when you have 5-10 people attacking you, you die instantly. Many people just stand in base and spam spear while a mage freezes and scorers never stand a chance. With each person having 4 spear specs to start with, it makes it impossible to score if there are several spearers and dpsers. By the time scorers run back, spearers have spec again.

It takes all the "skill" out of cwars and everyone just sits at base and defends and discourages many players from even trying to score.

Please change spear/hasta spec to 100% instead of 25% so castle wars is balanced again! :D

Also these are my first time using suggestions, is it better to post here or make a reddit account?

I have an idea or two that I think are good.

1) Adding in the Family Crest 'Chaos Gauntlet' Effect into the Mage Skill Cape.
Smithing Cape -> has Gold Gauntlet Effect.
Cooking Cape -> has an even better Cooking Gauntlet Effect.
Mage Cape -> doesn't have the Chaos Gauntlet effect...
Adding it in wouldn't break the game, but it would allow cheap casters to use damage boosting bracers while doing fair damaging chaos blasts.

2) Rebalancing Karamja Elite Diary and Hard Diary rewards.
Karamja hard diary rewards -> Gem mining access (and a tele)
Karamja elite diary rewards -> TEN different bonuses!

I suggest we change some medium teir money making method boosts from Karamja Elite Diary to the Hard Diary, such as the noted metal dragon bar drops and the red dragon shortcut/noted hide. Having these VERY average money making methods gated behind 91 RC makes them effectively dead content.

This change could bring back the very iconic chaos bolting Iron/Steel drags (One of my fondest memories of RS2) and rebalance the rewards more appropriately.

This idea is not bad, however no run energy consumption is a bit op, but like 10-40% less consumption is an option. Another option is the musicians. The idea was in my opnion not bad at all, they just placed them at city edges. If they limit the musicians to roads in the middle of nowhere this can be a combination of your suggestion and the Q and A. - Construction skill lover

I have been thinking of this idea for a while now and I think it could be pretty cool.

REDWOOD SHORTBOW!

As the magic shortbow in my eyes is a good weapon for pvp I think we need a better option for higher levels of ranged with a weapon of similar use and structure.

the REDWOOD SHORTBOW could be the same as the msb but red! with a similar special attack but also red! and maybe a cool zammy flames sort of effect under the feet of the opponent when damage is dealt with the special attack!

the REDWOOD SHORTBOW could require around 80 ranged with slightly better stats than the magic shortbow to minimize risk of msb becoming obsolete.

this bow could work well with ranged to dharok pking for the mains and be a great alternative for mid to end game pures who like to use the msb.

I would love to hear some feedback on this idea and some suggestions on how it could be improved! let me know and thanks for reading !
