New Crafting Item - Slayer Amulet
Tradeable - No
Crafting Level Requirement - High
Slayer Level Requirement - High - Slayer points required to learn how to craft, just like Slayer Rings currently.
Materials - an enchanted gem, a gold bar, a ball of wool and an amulet mould.
Features - Exactly the same as Slayer Ring but worn in the neck slot. You could give it some stats or effects if you wish but as it would require better combat stats than an Amulet of Fury to actually see use, I feel it would be unfair on players who have already earner high or maxed slayer without it. I feel it should have basic stats so it is only used for the following purpose.

New Construction Item - Slayer Amulet (mounted)
Construction Level Requirement - High
Materials - 3 Mahogany planks and a Slayer Amulet
Features - Infinite use Slayer Amulet which can be built in the guild trophy hotspot of the Quest Hall in a player-owned house.

EDIT: I suppose you could scrap the Slayer Amulet altogether and simply mount a Slayer Ring instead, but a tiny ring mounted to a wall would look rather odd in my opinion.

Here are a few tiny suggestions that would help diversifying the selection of equipment by improving some items that are currently objectively worse than other, comparable items:

Bring the prayer bonus of priest robes, druid's robes and shade robes up to +11 (from +6, +8 and +9 respectivly). This would make them all equal to monk's robes.

Increase the magic attack bonus of zamorak robe tops from +2 to +3 . This would make them equal to wizard robe tops except with a higher prayer bonus.

Give skirts a +2 magic bonus . This would make them equal to zamorak robe bottoms but without the prayer bonus. (skirts are, after all, part of the standard wizard outfit so it's only fair that they should have a magic bonus)

Give Fremennik robes, Canifis robes and Gnome robes the same magic bonuses as wizard robes . They are wizard robes, after all.

Give skeletal armour the same bonuses as splitbark armour. Spined armour is equal to green d'hide armour, and rock-shell armour is equal to rune armour. Skeletal armour however is inexplicably slightly worse than splitbark armour.

There is a lot of content that is essentially made redundant by objectively better, easily obtainable alternatives. By improving these options, the effective amount of content would increase by quite a bit with minimal effort put in from your side. This post only contains armour, and only the cases I could think of right now, but there are more situations in which this applies.

A few minor improvements:

1) streamline holy water creation after legends quest is done. Try to make 1k of them and you will quickly see the creation process makes using this anti-demon ranged weapon impractical.

2) when applying sacred oil to logs to make pyre logs in shades of mortton minigame, make it so that having a sacred oil(1) and sacred oil(2) count as having a sacred oil(3) in the inventory without decanting. The regular need to manually decant the last dose in every vial is really annoying.

3) Please let me have/wear my 10 year vet cape in OSRS. Like many other players, I've been around a long time.

i've been hearing some cases where people have gotten hacked for their bank, even tough they've had double authenticator. and i found myself wondering, why cant we choose our bank pins lenght, surely that would be easy to make customable(?nice enklish) in example, from the easy to hack 4, to make it so you can choose the lenght of the pin to be anything from 4 to 10 numbers long.
Now i know, that if they can get trough both authenticators, the email and rs, they will probably be able to hack this too with time, but i think it would still make it alot more secure since no keylogger can find out your pin either.
So, if its easy to do, why not make it, and if some people dont want the maximum security, they can go with the 4 numbers. Wisdom comes from within
