I already posted this in another thread, but I want to make sure it gets noticed.

The attack, strength, and range capes don't help your combat stats. Why should the hitpoints and prayer capes help you in combat?

The Hitpoints and Prayer perks both need changed!


Hitpoints cape - Regenerate health 4x as fast when you are not in combat and have not been in combat for at least one minute.

Prayer cape - Regenerate prayer points at a rate of 1 point every 30 seconds when you are not in combat and have not been in combat within the last minute. Alternatively, this could be turned into a designated number of daily (out of combat) prayer refills, but I'd prefer the first option.

Can we be given the option to toggle noted d bones for those who completed wilderness elite diary? Some of us would like to bury lava dragon bones for xp and for other flexibility. I don't see why we shouldn't get this small update. Thank you.

Current Fishing Skillcape Perk
: Teleport to the Fishing Guild. Ardougne and Camelot are just around the corner. Why exactly would we need another teleport? What about --at the very least-- mimicing the Mining cape's perk?

Current Mining Skillcape Perk
: The effect of the hard Varrock Armour is to have a 10% chance of receiving a double ore from the rock you mine including the xp for that extra ore all the way up to adamantite.

Holy Elixir + Gilded altar

So i got this idea on how to make holy elixir more useful and a way to keep its price from droping. What if you could have a gilded altar with a 2+ prayer bonus in your house, just like the altar in the edgeville monastary.

So my idea is that you sould be able to use a holy elixire to a gilded altar to make a "Holy altar", that will grant the player whit a 2+ prayer bonus.

I also think that it should be a level requirement to add the holy elixire.(Example 75 prayer. + -)

Could we please have Phials moved to the outside of the house rather than inside, or make it so the door for the house cannot be closed? This would just remove trolls from interrupting everyone's prayer training by opening and closing the door constantly.
